Voisu User Agreement

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

Voisu is intended for adult users only.

You may use the Platform only if:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Account Registration and Identity

To access the Platform, you must create an account.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account

No Anonymous Use

Voisu requires authentic and verifiable identities.

• Anonymous accounts are not permitted
• Users must provide truthful and identifiable information
• Fake identities, impersonation, or misleading profiles are strictly prohibited
• Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted, suspended, or removed

Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.

3. Platform Features

Voisu allows users to:

• Record and share singing videos and vocal performances
• Upload covers, original songs, and music clips
• Discover, follow, and support other creators
• Interact through likes, comments, and engagement features

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post, including:

• Singing recordings
• Audio tracks and music performances
• Videos, captions, and comments

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized use of music)
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Contains harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Misleads others or impersonates individuals
• Promotes dangerous or harmful activities

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement.

4.2 License to Use Content

You retain ownership of your content.

By posting content on Voisu, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host and display your content on the Platform
• Distribute your content to other users
• Recommend, promote, or feature your content
• Improve and develop Platform services

This license ends when you delete your content, except where retention is required for legal or operational purposes.

5. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate any individual or entity
• Post spam or unauthorized advertisements
• Disrupt or interfere with Platform operations
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

Violations may result in penalties, including account suspension or termination.

6. Moderation

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, we may monitor content and activity.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content
• Restrict certain features
• Suspend or terminate accounts

Users may report violations through tools available within the Platform.

7. User Interactions

Voisu enables users to interact through various features.

Please note:

• You are responsible for your interactions with others
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal information
• Exercise caution when communicating with other users

• You violate this Agreement

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Updated versions will be made available within the Platform. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Agreement.
